K4J (kids for Jesus)
A FUN AND EXCITING CLUB FOR CATHOLIC CHILDREN
AGED 3 – 13 YEARS OLD.

Each registered child receives the monthly K4J MISSION PACK which connects their Catholic faith with daily life.

It includes:
A brightly coloured 8-page magazine written just for kids
A newsletter with practical tips for parents
Theme-oriented puzzles & games
Projects (supplies included)
A holy hero Saints trading card, and, best of all, the MISSION OF THE MONTH

The MISSION OF THE MONTH targets a specific virtue for example patience, good manners, generocity.. and it helps kids self-motivate to practice it in a fun and exciting way. When practiced in a fun way in the home this develops a good habit that's worth having!

The specific virtue for the month is introduced at the monthly club meetings which are held at the parish hall every first Saturday of the month from 3 - 4:15pm. Registered K4J members get together to form K4J teams according to age. These teams participate in games, songs, crafts, and activities all focused on the virtue for that month.

The practice of the virtue then continues at home through the mission packs.
